The figures are indicative estimates based on general parameters and calibrated with projects we have delivered. They do not constitute a contractual offer. The real cost depends on the condition of the property, the technical solution, the specific quality of materials, location and market conditions. Excludes professional fees, permits, taxes, loose furniture and VAT.
How to read this number
Anyone can give you a price per square metre in ten seconds. The hard part, and what decides whether your project ends up on budget, is what sits underneath that figure.
This calculator is for ruling things out quickly: for knowing whether the order of magnitude fits what you plan to invest, before commissioning a design. That is what it is for, and it is worth a lot.
What it cannot do is replace the preliminary analysis. The budget that holds until the end comes from reviewing the project item by item, checking prices against real quotes from trades and ordering the construction sequence. That is pre-construction, and it is where we concentrate 60% of our effort.
